Chris is one of the original crew since 2006, and is also Jesse’s brother. He personally oversees product and quality control. Chris ensures all recipes are followed with no variants, and each steak is grilled precisely to the guests specifications to ensure that each time you visit the Chophouse you know that you’re getting exactly what you order.

Nadine officially joined the Chophouse crew in 2013, but has been apart of the family for many years. Nadine is in charge of our Front House, and works side by side not just with our staff, but you’ll see her in our sister store Mohave Steakhouse as well.

Stacy has been apart of the Chophouse since 2012, and is a life long friend of Jesse and Dondi. Working with Jesse, has allowed her to expand her culinary skills. Not only will you see her in the dining room, but she also makes our Creme Brulee from scratch, and runs our Back of the House.

Owner Dondi Godinez has specially trained her serving staff to ensure her customers are getting the attention and quality service they deserve. Our top priority is no customer leaves unsatisfied. There is no question why we call ourselves “King of Steak.” Much time and effort goes into our steaks daily to ensure the highest quality cuts. Our Atlantic Salmon, marinated for a minimum of 24 hours in our secret recipe, will have you coming back for more. You can catch the game in our full service bar or rent the bar out for any private event. We also offer full off site catering for any occasion.
